This project funded discrete surgical operations, together with a small amount of diagnostic imaging and testing, for patients in the Swaida area. It ran from 25 September 2025 to 9 August 2026 and recorded 32 transactions.<\/p>
The project was structured as a pledged fund: a project cost of $25,000.00 was pledged, plus a 5% transfer and remittance fee of $1,250.00, for a total pledge of $26,250.00. Costs were then drawn down against that pledge as individual operations were approved and paid.<\/p>
The bulk of the 32 transactions were individual surgical operations, each identified in the underlying records only by the patient’s initials, together with a smaller number of grouped “Surgical operations” entries, a set of diagnostic imaging and test charges spread from 11 February 2026 to 5 August 2026, and two logistics-related line items. Individual operation amounts ranged from $236.00 to $2,600.00 (the latter covering three operations recorded together on 5 August 2026).<\/p>
By expense category, the $20,211.79 executed to date breaks down as: cost of goods \/ cash grants, 29 items, $19,151.62 (94.8%); logistics, transport and related, 2 items, $950.00 (4.7%); and cash for work (salaries and stipends), 1 item, $110.17 (0.5%).<\/p>
